Jeff is currently writing a book, called "Earth to Table", chronicling a year of the relationship he has with ManoRun Organic Farm in Copetown. the book will be published by Random House Canada and Artisan in the U.S. March 2009 The development of our young chefs at the Ancaster Old Mill and Spencer’s at the Waterfront is important to us; we are always looking for new cooks to join our team. |
