  • Opened in 1961 as The Carlton Tower, In 1970 rebranded Sonesta Tower Hotel and in 1971 reverted back to The Carlton Tower. In 1982 became Hyatt Carlton Tower. In 2001 Jumeirah took over management and in 2011 rebranded the hotel Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel (Wikipedia).
  • The Jumeirah Carlton Tower closed September 1, 2019 for a major renovation.
  • Reopened June 2021, rebranded The Carlton Tower Jumeirah.
