  • Several ownership and name changes since opening in 1988.
  • Closed in 2006 for renovations. Was planning to reopen early 2009, however, the hotel's major lender was Lehman Bros. and renovation was halted and put on hold September 2008.
  • In July 2010 sold in foreclosure to Rancho California Investments, an affiliate of the hotel's original owner and developer Gencom Group, and private investment firm Magna RE.
  • Reopened May 2014.
