From the foothills of the Himalayans to the Outback of Australia, I bring you the experiences of my cook's tour :) After grasping a firm understanding of Classical French Cuisine, I found myself looking for stimulating experiences to add to my understanding of cuisine. Not wanting to become a "Stove Jockey", (a cook stuck in an endless and uninspiring "JOB",) I stumbled across photographer who needed help on an "expedition." It was from this point, of no return, that my culinary seeds began to flourish. |
