Chef Burrell and Chef Shota Nakajima were Runners-Up in Season 18 of the reality TV show Top Chef (Portland) - shown originally on US Bravo television starting April 2021.
Dawn Burrell was an outstanding long jumper and was a member of the US Track & Field team that participated in the 2000 Summer Olympics.
