And Now You Know

  • Chef Ho was selected one of San Francisco's "rising stars" by the San Francisco Chronicle's food editors in 1999 and she was San Francisco Magazine's Pastry Chef of the Year in 2000.
  • Heather Ho died on September 11, 2001. She was at work at Windows on the 107th floor of the World Trade Center when American Airlines FL 11 was flown into the North Tower.
