First incorporated in 1980 as Deli Unique, became Unique Restaurant Corporation (URC) and then Matt Pleasant Restaurant Group (MPRG) in 2005.
In 2009 Chef Prentice sold MPRG to Stanley Dickson and the name bacame Trowbridge Restaurant Group.
