  • The Wapping Hydraulic Power Station was built in 1890 and decommissioned in 1977, it was then left abandoned until, in 1992, Jules Wright, took it on for an arts space with a restaurant attached. As the venue didn’t have a roof, it took some years before the restaurant opened.
