What If Syndicate

• Disagreements among the partners in 2022 led to a split in the partnership in January 2023. The restaurants under control of WIS were divided as follows:
  Jim Lasky & Danny Grant will own and manage Maple & Ash Chicago, Maple & Ash Scottsdale, Monarch Dallas and Kessaku Dallas. and
  David Pisor, will own and manage etta River North, etta Bucktown, etta Scottsdale, etta Culver City and Café Sophie Chicago.
