Allow me to introduce myself briefly; I was formerly a Executive Sous Chef for Shangri-la Rasa Sayang Resort Penang Malaysia. I was responsible for the overall Kitchen’s operation i.e. staff training, effectively cost and stock control, creative menu planning and implementation, safety and hygiene practices. Total managed 50 of the entire Culinary brigades.

The extensive knowledge I gained from my previous employment has enlightened me in many ways. I believe I can share my expertise cooking skill and organization skill with your company if given the opportunity.

I have gone thru a very intensive training organized by my former employment to manage the F&B outlets which enables me to apply to the job related satisfactory.

My attached resume demonstrates my capacity to be a leader, who is able to work in team environment, set and achieves long and short term goals, think analytically and be pro-active.
