Native Italian & Executive Chef specializing in Regional and Modern Italian, Vegetarian and International cuisine. Michelin Star and 5 Star Luxury Resort experience. Complete Chef: bread, pizza (Neapolitan method) and focaccia, fresh pasta, soups, various salads, cold and hot appetizers, meat, poultry, fish and dessert.
