Heavenly Cakes in Hell’s Kitchen LLC Is the vision of Pastry Chef Edgard Gallardo. After receiving his diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts from The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Chef Edgard worked with one of New York’s most accomplished cake design artists, Elisa Strauss. Edgard has also studied with other cake artists like Ron Ben-Israel, Toba Garrett and world famous sugar artist Betty Van Nostrand.
