And Now You Know

  • Starting in late January 2020, Gleneagles launched the Strathearn Series of guest chef dinners. Executive chef Simon Attridge has hand-picked four of the best upcoming talents, who will each join him in turn for a one-month culinary residency starting in January and running until the end of May. (See Financial Times). First to appear (from January 27) will be Roberta Hall-McCarron, winner of the Young British Foodies Awards (YBFs) in 2018. Chefs to follow are Paul Graham on February 10, Scott Smith on March 22 and Sam Carter on April 27.
