STK - Miami Gansevoort Miami Beach Hotel 2341 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, Florida	The One Group The Gansevoort Miami Beach Hotel was acquired by a group including Starwood Capital in earky 2012. and renamed The Perry South Beach Hotel. STK Miami closed in April 2013 and after renovation reopened in late 2014. 2341, 2311, and 2377 Collins Avenue all refer to the "same building location".
