Kaimana Beach Hotel 2863 Kalakaua Avenue Honolulu, Hawaii Tel: 808.923.1555 Website	The hotel was built in 1964 by the Otani family of Japan and was branded The New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel. In December 2018 the structure was sold to BlackSand Capital which in 2016 bought the land under the hotel. On November 30, 2020, The New Otani Kaimana Beach ended operation and the hotel was rebranded Kaimana Beach Hotel.
