Noma Strandgade 93 (2003 - 2017) Copenhagen, Hovedstaden (Denmark)	From January 9 to February 15, 2015 the team operated at Noma Tokyo. Closed in January 2016 for 10 weeks and operated as Noma Australia in Sydney. Closed February 2017 and reopened in 2018 as a restaurant/urban farm in the Refshaleøen area of Copenhagen (See Noma [2.0]). From April 12 to May 28, 2017 operated as Noma Mexico.
