I Started working in the culinary world at 19 as a bus by. In 2 and a half years I was promoted to sous chef. I then attended culinary school at the CIA and have bounced around the Rochester area honing my craft and learning. Everyday in the culinary world is a learning adventure. I feel as though I will never know everything in the food industry as it constantly evolves.
