I started my love for food growing up in Little Italy of the Bronx. The aromas of the fresh bakeries and pastry shops during my morning walks to school were enough to tell me then what my calling was. But the clincher for many of us career chefs was Grandma. Always working something on the stove, night or day I would spend more time there than my own house. In our family less was always more and to this day I focus on the simplicity of the food I serve. Trying always to get the most out of the natural excellence of the product. I presently perform Privat Chef's Services in Sedona, AZ and the Verde Valley.
