Clint Goodman has served as executive Chef from the age of twenty, as a chef owner, as well as serving as a Food and Beverage director in Boutique Hotels and Private Clubs in the Midwest. He started his study at age 15 under a classicly trained German chef, and has since worked with established Chefs from Switzerland, France, and Jamaica. Clint was Named Chef of the Year at age 22 by the Iowa Restaurant Association for a combination of Innovative Culinary technique, leadership and Business savvy
