|Chef Emanuel was born in Argentina in the city of Rosario. From a very young age he loved to help his mother in the kitchen and grandfather in the grill, on sunday's bbq.
Starting as a dishwasher in 1999 after arriving form Argentina, Chef Emanuel knew that restaurants and food were his passion. He learned the secrets of the trade working with some of the best Chefs in the state of Utah, Jean Louis Mpontiecot and Jason Knibb were 2 of his mentors as he worked in the Park City and Sundance area.
Chef Emanuel has built a name for himself working out of a samll private country club in Alpine Utah, winning "Best Fine Dinning Chef in the State in 2008", and "Best Fine Dinning Latin American 2008" also. This has brought to him national exposure appearing in some of the biggest golf magazines in the country such as Club business and Resorts magazine.
