Chef Volz has used his creative passion and eye for detail to develop culinary masterpieces for his guests. He continues to thrive on gaining knowledge, inspiration and expertise from talented chefs around the world, in and out of the kitchen. On his time off, he enjoys exploring the latest in culinary cuisine in cities across the country and educating himself in the latest innovative techniques.

Chef Volz describes his cooking style as sophisticated, seasonal American cuisine with French influences using the finest ingredients, all while keeping with clean and clear flavors.

Chef Volz is currently the Chef de Cuisine of 10 Arts by Eric Ripert at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia.
