Michel Roux Jr. is the son of Albert Roux but is know as "Jr." to avoid confusion with his Uncle Michel Roux. Chef Michel Roux Jr's uncle Michel Roux died in 2020 and the "Jr" could be omitted for entries since then, however, for clarity we will continue to use the Jr. for all entries.
