Boardwalk Hotel and Casino 3750 Las Vegas Boulevard S. Las Vegas, Nevada	Acquired by MGM Mirage in 1997. Demolished in May 2006 so that the site could be cleared for the large, mixed-use facility, CityCentre, that opened late 2009.
